Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Market Reports

Market reports (Market Snapshot, Market Intelligence, Brand Dossier) are digital products generated on demand. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered. If a report contains significant errors or missing data, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or credit.

Consulting Services

Consulting packages (eXhibit, eXplore, eXpress, eXecute) are billed as per the service agreement. Cancellation terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Campaign Spend

Campaign spend (included in eXcelerate and eXtract subscriptions) is used for advertising on third-party platforms (Google, Meta). Once campaigns are live, the spend cannot be refunded as it has been disbursed to the advertising platforms.
