1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XIMPEX services at ximpex.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. XIMPEX operates under the trade name of Exportal India, Faridabad, Haryana, India.

2. Services

XIMPEX provides AI-powered trade intelligence tools and managed export consulting services for Indian MSMEs. Services include but are not limited to: HS Code identification, market analysis reports, trade data access, lead generation, and full export execution support.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GSTIN verification may be required before processing payments.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% GST. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Market reports are charged per report. Campaign spend for eXcelerate and eXtract tiers is billed as part of the monthly subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All trade data, reports, analysis, and content generated by XIMPEX remain the intellectual property of XIMPEX. Clients receive a licence to use purchased reports for their own business purposes. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

6. Data Accuracy

XIMPEX strives for accuracy in all trade data and analysis. However, trade data is sourced from government databases and international organisations which may contain delays or discrepancies. XIMPEX does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

XIMPEX provides intelligence and consulting services to support export decisions. Final business decisions and their outcomes remain the responsibility of the client. XIMPEX is not liable for trade losses, regulatory penalties, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
